Haven Overseas Ltd is a National network of international property agents, who in the main are professionally qualified financial advisers. We work directly with developers on an exclusivity basis to bring you the best possible property, in the location and surrounding with the amenities you seek.

By offering a thoroughly professional and personal service for clients wishing to buy or sell property overseas we have established a foot hold in the overseas market and built up a fine reputation with clients buying again and again, whilst also referring friends and family to us.

Set up by Mark Tarry and David Hill, who operate from the Companies headquarters in Altrincham, Haven Overseas Ltd now has over 290 agents throughout the UK working with clients to ensure they reach their objectives.

Whether it is an investor client, who is investing for capital growth or rental income, or an end user seeking their holiday home, or indeed a seller wishing to cash in on their foreign property investment, we are geared to aid the process through to completion.

We have created a specially selected panel of developers, whom we work with closely to bring quality developments to our client’s attention. All our panel members try to ensure Bank Guarantees where necessary and building licences for the construction project.

The vast majority of our clients are buying off-plan at discounted rates throughout Southern Europe, however we are able to source properties in a vast number of different countries, just contact our head office.
